To know the good eating habits of the Portuguese, nothing better than visiting a local market of fresh and natural products. What vegetables would you choose to cook a soup? And what types of fish do you find on the market? Why are sardines and cod fish some of the most desired ingredients in the Portuguese tables? Nothing like tasting! Walking tour around Baixa and Ribeira.
Stops at Mercado da Ribeira (Time Out Food Market), and some traditional shops where you and the kids will taste some traditional local delights - canned fish, the traditional drink Ginginha (with a non-alcoholic alternative for the kids), the delicious Portuguese bread, ham and cheese, cod fish cakes (salted), bifana (pork sanwich) and, of course, the famous pastries Pastel de Nata.

Dates and scheduling:
This tour is available all week except Sunday and Monday, only in the morning (9:30 / 10 a.m.). This tour is not available during the onth of August.

Reservation:
Booking requests for this tour require a minimum of 7 weekdays in advance. An advanced payment of 50% of the total cost of the tour is requested upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid until two days before the date of the tour.
